剧情简介
三个中国留学生，Tzu (James Chen), Wa (Keong Sim) and Chen (Leonardo Nam) 在1980年来到美国纽约留学，他们住在大学英语教师德克斯特和其女友苏珊的对门。起初，由于不停地看各种美国的电视节目，三个年轻人对美国抱着非常美好的幻想。但后来，当他们遭到了抢劫，苏珊背着德克斯特与Chen偷情，当他们无法承受苏珊的前男友的长期恐吓之后，当1980年約翰·列侬被刺杀之后，这三个年轻人决定买枪来保护自己……
